Mayo 2017.\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/219136880?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Del 24 al 28 de mayo de 2017 se realiz\u00f3 la segunda edici\u00f3n de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EPA CINE, Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente de El Palomar<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta segunda<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> edici\u00f3n se proyectaron un total de 63 pel\u00edculas a lo largo de las 28 funciones en las que, entre largos y cortos, posibilit\u00f3 la concurrencia de m\u00e1s de 1500 espectadores durante el Festival.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Esta edici\u00f3n incorpor\u00f3 la Competencia de Cortometrajes Nacionales y el Foco de Cine Infantil, al tiempo que sum\u00f3 nuevas sedes en la Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero y la Biblioteca Popular de Ciudad Jard\u00edn. Tambi\u00e9n se agregaron actividades especiales, una funci\u00f3n trasnoche y funciones especiales con m\u00fasica en vivo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La programaci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 7 pel\u00edculas en la secci\u00f3n de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competencia Internacional de Largometrajes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, 18 cortos en la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competencia Nacional de Cortometrajes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y en el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Panorama Internacional de Largometrajes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se proyectaron \u00a06 pel\u00edculas. Adem\u00e1s se desarrollaron 3 Focos: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infantil<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cine Experimental<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y una <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">retrospectiva<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del cineasta rumano <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corneliu Porumboiu<\/span><\/i><b>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Black', 'Avant Garde'; font-size: 18pt;\">Cat\u00e1logo<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<div data-url=\"https:\/\/issuu.com\/epacine\/docs\/catalogo_epa_baja\" style=\"width: 700px; height: 504px;\" class=\"issuuembed\"><\/div>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"\/\/e.issuu.com\/embed.js\" async=\"true\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/issuu.com\/epacine\/docs\/catalogo_epa_baja\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de las proyecciones con m\u00fasica en vivo en el marco de la Apertura y el Cierre, hubo una funci\u00f3n especial con m\u00fasica en vivo de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nanuk, el esquimal <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Robert Flaherty<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dentro de las actividades especiales se generaron mesas de debate relacionadas al estado de cine documental y tambi\u00e9n \u00a0sobre la restauraci\u00f3n y preservaci\u00f3n f\u00edlmica, esta \u00faltima acompa\u00f1ada por la proyecci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula restaurada <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Habilitado<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Jorge Cedr\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se realizaron en la Escuela n\u00ba28 y en la Biblioteca Popular Ciudad Jard\u00edn, talleres para ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as con juguetes \u00f3pticos.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>JURADOS, GANADORES y MENCIONES<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El jurado de la Competencia Internacional de Largometrajes, integrado por <\/span><b>Cecilia Kang<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Juli\u00e1n D\u2019Angiolillo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><b>David Obarrio,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consagr\u00f3 como pel\u00edcula ganadora a<\/span> <b><i>La permanence<\/i><\/b><b>, de Alice Diop<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, destacando \u201csu precisi\u00f3n en la puesta en escena que habilita una mirada humanista sin condescendencias hacia una franja de extrema fragilidad social; su rigor formal y compromiso con los personajes retratados\u201d. Como premio se otorg\u00f3 el subtitulado para la pr\u00f3xima pel\u00edcula de la directora, por parte de Crystaldub y Caja de Ruidos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo este Jurado destac\u00f3 con una menci\u00f3n a<\/span> <b><i>All the cities of the north,<\/i><\/b><b> de <\/b><b>Dane Komljen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, coproducci\u00f3n de Bosnia Herzegovina, Serbia y Montenegro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El jurado de la Competencia Nacional de Cortometrajes, integrado por <\/span><b>Francisco M\u00e1rquez, Florencia Incarbone<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b>Ignacio Verguilla <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entreg\u00f3 el primer premio a <\/span><b><i>Fotogratis<\/i><\/b><b>, de Luc\u00eda Levis y Gabriel Martinho<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quienes recibieron un pasaje a DCP para su pr\u00f3ximo trabajo, a cargo de Lahaye Post.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se otorg\u00f3 la primera menci\u00f3n a<\/span> <b><i>Contacto<\/i><\/b><b>, de Magal\u00ed Ayala<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y una segunda menci\u00f3n fue para <\/span><b><i>La imagen construida<\/i><\/b><b>, de Nahuel Tosto y Alejo Zapico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>premio RAFMA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Red Argentina de Festivales y Muestras Audiovisuales), entregado por <\/span><b>Carla Briasco<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (codirectora de Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente de Cosqu\u00edn) y <\/span><b>Silvina Szperling<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (directora de Festival Internacional <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de Videodanzaba) fue para <\/span><b><i>Fotogratis<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de Luc\u00eda Levis y Gabriel Martinho.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Festival de Cine de El Palomar\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uk0xK6OsTNk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fue declarado de Inter\u00e9s cultural por la Subsecretar\u00eda de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Tres de Febrero y de Inter\u00e9s Legislativo y Cultural de la Provincia de Buenos Aires por la Honorable C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
